About
Me
I’m Réka, the hands and heart behind Flammigena Studio. I grew up in a quiet Hungarian town, later chasing a conventional path in Budapest—corporate jobs, city life, ticking all the boxes. But the more I followed the script, the more restless I became.
Art history sparked my curiosity, but it was silversmithing that truly lit a fire in me. I left my job, took up the craft under a master’s guidance, and never looked back. Working with metal felt like coming home—raw, honest, and deeply expressive.
Now, through every piece I create, I carve out a space where instinct, story, and soul can take form.

About
My work philosophy
To me, creating is more than making — it’s a way of living. I don’t follow trends or templates. I follow rhythm, instinct, and feeling.
My work is rooted in slowness and presence. In letting go of expectations — from the outside world or within — I find clarity. And in that space, something real can take shape.
Joy, freedom, and flow guide my process.

About
My jewellery
My pieces are shaped by contrasts — soft and sharp, rough and refined, ancient and modern. I draw from brutalism, tribal aesthetics, and the raw beauty of natural forms.
I work primarily with silver and copper, letting the materials lead. Marks are not flaws — they’re stories. I don’t chase perfection. I chase truth.
Each piece is crafted to feel like a relic: elemental, expressive, and deeply personal.
